Reynolds were looking for a new solution that would allow them to accurately track vehicle costs, plan servicing and track parking fines.

• The Fleet Status Smart Tool allows Reynolds to see in advance what services are due, in 1 or 4 weeks time. It also highlights overdue items.
• The Costs database collates all costs incurred by vehicle and allows the user to report on anything in this area, thanks to the powerful reporting tool.
• A ‘Parking Fines’ table was created to actively log and track all fines incurred.
